I moved in May 2023 and this is the best apartment experience I've ever had. Update: after living here 4-5 months I have a verdict. Run away from this apartment and this area of Tampa. The biggest issue is trash, the trash they allow to move in here. The police have been here for domestic issues at least 3 times since I’ve lived here, one time they blocked me in. I’ve had maggots in my apartment because the neighbors across the hall cannot take care of their trash. There are regularly ppl who turn the pool into a lit party, complete with loud music and underage drinking. It’s literally the worst place I could have imagined. Don’t move here, it’s expensive and it’s trash.

I recently moved into this apartment complex and I have been blown away by how clean and well-maintained the property is. The cleaning in my unit was an exceptional job and the crew does a great job of keeping the common areas and grounds spotless, which really shows in the overall appearance of the complex. Additionally, the paint job was fresh giving the apartment a bright and welcoming feel. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a well-maintained and clean living space. It's clear that the management takes great pride in the upkeep of the property, and it really shows in the attention to detail and quality.

So far my apartment is beautiful! Only complaints so far: 1) I had roaches stuck in my oven and it took them a couple days to switch it out for me. They were short staffed so no hate on the maintenance, he got to it when he could. 2) The ONLY electric vehicle charging station is broken. We came here because that was something we needed since our car doesn’t supercharge. With there only being ONE, you’d think they’d implement some rules or get it fixed asap for the residents. There are 3 Teslas that hog it the entire day!! They need to enforce a 2-4 hour charging limit. It’s just not fair to the rest of us who are also in need of charging when they keep it there all day most times. THAT or please put more around the neighborhood!!!! They shouldn’t advertise charging station, when there are more than 3-4 people EVs and 1/2 working plugs. .

I should have noticed the red flags when i was doing the application. Toni was working at the time and it was like pulling teeth to try and get responses back from her she would not reach out to update me on my application nor would she inform me on additional information she may have needed for my application. I had to call her at least 2 times a week in order to get an update. The website said the unit was ready for immediate move-in, it took me 2-3 weeks to move into my unit due to the lack of communication. Moving forward to the current front office staff, I have now been living in my unit since September and i have had noice issues with my upstairs neighbors. The absurd amount of stomping, running around and movement of furniture has been going on for about 2 months. I have mentioned it to the office multiple times now, I have had to call and email Alyssa in the office on multiple occasions (which also has been an issue because there have been multiple times that i have physically walked up to the office to speak with her and the office is closed during listed operating hours online) i have also sent her email that are limited to one response per day. The only reason why i picked this place was because i had friends live here in previous years and their experience was great as for my personal experience i dont know that i will be renewing my lease unless some changes are made. Additionally, the gate is constantly broken nobody is held accountable for their actions when it comes to breaking the gate. The do have a camera facing both gates but who knows if they actually work! Last but not least, i have friends that lived here as i previously mentioned and they have had to move units because of issues they were having in their unit at the time, they didn't have to pay a transfer fee nor did they have questions asked, BUT for the past two months, as mentioned before, i have had multiple noise complaints that were not acknowledged because the front office didn't even know that there was an option on the phone to make a noise complaint, after they did know about the noise issue their resolution to the problem was to post a written noise notice on their door which resulted in them stomping and running around louder than usual immediately after the notice was posted. I have asked on multiple occasions now to switch units because the upstairs unit clearly has no manners nor do they care because the notices and i am constantly told about $1000 transfer fee but when i spoke with the regional manager she said she would approve any transfer because i told her about the longevity of the issue and the extent of it. In summary, i have not had any success with getting issues resolved with the front office, the lack of answering the phone and getting solutions for issues is really frustrating.

If you’re a person that reads reviews, run. This place is unbearable to live in. The walls are so unbelievably thin we can hear our next door neighbor’s TV, when they are washing dishes, when they use the garbage disposal, we can hear them do pretty much anything that isn’t sleeping. We can hear every move from our upstairs neighbors, every step, every time they close a cabinet, put the toilet seat down, we can hear it. Not good place if you have a dog too. No one picks up their poop, it’s a mine field every time you walk in the grass and their poop stations are covered in bird poop, it’s really disgusting. They also run their sprinklers in the prime dog walking hours of 7:30 am and pm, every day, even in the summer of Florida where it rains every day. Most likely you and your dog will be walking in soaking wet grass, every day. The bugs are horrendous, we have never had flea and bug problems in the 5 years and 3 apartments our dog has lived in but since we moved in here she itches 24/7. Just like very other apt you have 48 hours to mark down what is wrong with the apt, but after a couple weeks of living here we found spots in the carpet that were hardened or clearly stained by something and found paint chips all in the carpet that I’m sure we will have to pay for with our deposit. Also the manager Chelsey always preoccupied or just not present. I will admit we probably email the office more than the average tenant but they don’t reply anymore, they have just stopped replying. Safe to say we will be running out of the door when our lease is up and we will never come back.

Century Crosstown has many apartments with desirable and useable layouts for all your needs. The complex is a highly recommended establishment due to the location and proximity to main roads and highways. Everyone on the team, including management and maintenance is absolutely wonderful to communicate with!

This Apartment has been great to us so far! The staffing are super helpful and will make sure if there’s anything you need they are here for you! Shout to Alyssa she’s amazing she helped me get in and stayed connected with me, and overall the apartments and amenities themselves are wonderful ❤️
